Corporate tax will be levied on the taxable revenue of firms in the UAE at the following rates:

  • A 0% corporate tax rate applies to taxable income up to AED 375,000
  • A 9% corporate tax rate applies to taxable income over AED 375,000
  • All multinational firms subject to OECD Base Erosion and Profit-Sharing regulations that fall under Pillar 2 of the BEPS 2.0 framework pay a 15% corporate tax rate, i.e. combined worldwide revenues in excess of AED 3.15 billion.

All business licenses registered under the authority should register for corporate tax, irrespective of their income levels.

Still, article 4 of the Federal-Decree-Law-No.-47-of-2022 has given a detailed list of persons exempted from corporate tax.

  • Authorized Signatory contact details (UAE Mobile Number and E-mail address).
  • Contact details of the company (complete address and P.O. Box).
  • The fiscal year of the company.
